Delivery Information

All items orders completed before midday are dispatched the same day where possible.

Goods dispatched on a Courier Service MUST be signed for, so please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel.

Please provide a full postal address including post code and a telephone number to assist the courier.

When your order is ready for despatch you will receive an e-mail containing your consignment number. This will allow you to track your parcel on-line via the link provided.

 If you are not in when they attempt delivery the agent will leave a card with the contact number of your local depot and your consignment number, please telephone to arrange a more suitable delivery time immediately.

If you have not received your parcel or a card within 4 working days from the time you placed your order and are unable to track your parcel on-line. Please contact us immediately via one of the links here, so we can prevent the parcel being returned to us.

Please ensure you select the correct delivery method for your location as the cost will bed calculated on the information you imput and you may incurred additional costs if you do not give the correct information.
