Returns policyWe want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Garden Leisure Ltd. It is our aim to offer you value and quality. If you do not require a product, simply return it within 7 days of delivery, unused in its original undamaged packaging together with all parts, tools and manuals originally supplied and we will credit you the full purchase price of the goods (excluding any carriage charges). If you decide to return an item you must first contact us when you will be given a returns reference. You will then be informed of the correct returns procedure and address. The buyer is responsible for the costs and safe return of goods in a perfect, unused, unopened, undamaged resalable condition. Postage costs will not be refunded. Items not conforming to the correct returns procedure may be refused. Products will be excluded from the 7 Day Money Back Guarantee and will incur a 20% restocking charge if: • The original packaging is not of merchantable quality • Damage has been sustained on the return journey due to unsatisfactory packaging • The reason given for return is not valid • The item being returned as unused is found to be have been used. Please note: Any items being returned as not required outside the 7 day satisfaction period will be subject to a 20% minimum re-stocking charge or £20 whichever is the greater, other than those items indicated in the exclusions below . The 7 day money back guarantee only applies to products which you do not require. Products being returned to Garden Leisure Ltd due to being fault, damaged in transit, alteration or repair, or due to an error made by Garden Leisure Ltd are covered by our returns policy.
Exclusions: 1. Special order items cannot be refunded. 2. Spas and Automatic Covers. 3. Non-stock items cannot be refunded. 4. Perishable items. 5. Water Treatment products (chemicals, test tablets, reagents, test strips and kits). 6. Joint Mix, Adhesives and Glue. 7. Above Ground Pools and Toys.
Returned Goods Procedure Please quote the Returns number, which will be allocated if you contact us to arrange a return and should be quoted on any further queries or correspondence. 1. We may request you to supply us with photographic proof prior to the retun. 2. On receipt of the Returned goods, via the correct procedures, you will be contacted when we have satisfied ourselves or the condition of the goods. 3. The returns number must be clearly marked on the packaging of all items to be returned. 4. Either the customer or Garden Leisure Ltd will arrange for the most appropriate method of return. 5. Should additional packaging be required, contact Garden Leisure Ltd who will arrange for the appropriate packaging; boxes/bags/wrapping paper etc as appropriate to be sent to the required address. 6. Where Garden Leisure Ltd arrange the return on your behalf or supply extra packaging the customer will have to bear the cost of such expences. Except in the case of goods in the following categories fault, damaged in transit, alteration or repair, or due to an error made by Garden Leisure Ltd
Carrier Damaged/Returned Goods No claims can be entertained for damage or missing goods that have been signed for as ‘Received in Good Condition'. All damaged goods should be refused and returned to Garden Leisure Ltd after marking consignment note ‘Refused Goods Damaged'. Garden Leisure Ltd should be notified immediately of any Missing, Damaged or Late delivered goods. Whilst Garden Leisure Ltd and their agents make every effort in good faith to ensure that all goods are delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that delivery is always secured before a workforce is sent to site to prevent time wasted and costs incurred. Damaged or missing coping stones must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
No consequential liability can be accepted for goods delivered late or damaged via our transport or our carriers |
